Emma was exceptionally good through the entire process from enquiry to collection. Everything was seamless from a fantastic video presentation of the vehicle, timings and handover. The video presentation was clear, concise and professional.

Just lost the 5th star due to forgetting to add first year road tax to the bill until the last minute. Also discovered after purchase that latest version no longer supports a USB data stick with all our music on it, previous version was fine.

Very good service from James and Ali, they were very helpful and professional Had some issues with finance and also had a problem with my car within 2 weeks which took 3 days to rectify hence slightly reduced score. Not a reflection on Barretts.
