despite booking annual service very early, i was unable to get the MOT booked (due 30th March) at all, let alone at the same time. Every year is the same issue - surely a franchise of your size can hold open MOT slots for regular customers so the

Location is not easy to get to on public transport but the provision of a shuttle into Canterbury helps by facilitating a few hours in the centre whilst the car is being serviced.

I was told I could leave the car overnight and have the tyres fitted the following day. The garage had had the car for over eight hours. My partner had spent this time waiting for it. Time wasted unnecessarily.

Firstly I was advised that investigation for the inoperable rear washer would be £198 - rejected this, and removed deposit from jet - 5 seconds!! Secondly car failed MOT next day(after appx 10m) for bulge in tyre - not identified during service!!
